Client: Handwerk Consulting

Handwerk Consulting is a financial advisory firm located in Lansdale Pennsylvania, they have over ten years on the market, specializing in offering advice to physicians. In order to expand the business they decided to position the firm online.

CHALLENGE

The challenge was to build the brand identity from scratch. Position the social media accounts and try to generate new leads.

SOLUTION

We decided to update the website, logo and brand identity. We created social media accounts from scratch and gave the website a fresh, modern look, as well as the logo.

The Challenge

The Challenge was to find a way of offering financial services that didn’t look similar to financial advisors.

The Approach

1. Brand Identity

We worked on an online brand makeover by creating a new logo that embodies stability and trust with its clean design. At the same time, the color palette of blues and neutrals fosters a sense of reliability. Additionally, stationery and collateral, including business cards and brochures, showcase a consistent brand image with comprehensive brand guidelines in place.

2. Website Optimization

Choosing the right palette colors, typography style, creating mockup posts to visualize the look. Provide TikTok video options aligned with the brand identity, and curate more suitable photos for Pinterest.

3. Set a Strategy to Increase Website Visits

To increase traffic to the website we designed a strategy starting wtih finding the right keywords on research to optimize on-page content. Simultaneously, we'll create and share high-quality, shareable content across various platforms, including blog posts and engaging social media content on Facebook and Linkedin. Additionally, we implemented email marketing campaigns with compelling calls-to-action that will nurture leads and drive repeat visits.

The Results

As a main result we increased up to 40% of website traffic compared to previous years. We are constantly generating informative content for social media to engage the audience. As well as writing SEO blogs post every week to help the brand rank better on Google Search.

Client: Claudia Fabiano Program CFP

Claudia Fabiano is a fitness influencer located in Derby, England. She offers one on one sessions to those who live close by but decided to improve her content on social media to offer her online workout program as well as her CFP Fitness App.

CHALLENGE

The challenge was to help her find the brand's voice on social media, in a way that doesn’t look like a copy of other fitness influencers. To show her profile as a more relatable, real and knowledgeable person.

SOLUTION

We decided to embrace what makes her (the brand) more relatable to the audience. We found that sharing about her journey as a single mom, entrepreneur and fitness influencer through Instagram stories and Tiktok having a better reach. For the Instagram feed we decided to have a content mainly based lifestyle, healthy nutrition, workout tutorials and keep it real by also sharing bits of her personal life.

The Challenge

The Challenge was to find a way of offering valuable information and make the brand feel different from other influencer’s accounts.

The Approach

1. Curate Unique Content

We focused on creating content that is distinct from what other influencers are sharing. This included unique insights about what is being a solo entrepreneur, personal stories about being a mom. Sharing facts about workouts and healthy nutrition.

2. Find Valuable Partnerships

We choose a couple of other influencers to have Instagram Live sessions every two months, to reply to most frequently questions about fitness and nutrition.

3. Design a Social Media Strategy

Our strategy was posting regular content on Instagram and Tiktok, engaging with the audience through the question boxes on Instagram stories, this to help us increase brand’s visibility before the launching of the CFP app.

The Results

As a main result we increased up to 30% of new followers monthly. We got between 5 to 10 new subscribers to the online program through Instagram. We increased the number of followers on TikTok as well. We help to engage the community by replying to comments and messages often.

Client: Brew Coffee Lab

Brew Coffee is a small coffee shop located in the heart of a charming town in Montreal, Canada. The shop is known for its delicious coffee, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere. They used to experiment with different coffee from different parts of the world. However, with the rise of large chain coffee shops, our client was struggling to compete.

CHALLENGE

We found that the coffee shop's lack of social media presence was a result of its inability to promote one of its key selling points—the diversity of coffee they offer. For instance, not many people knew that they sold coffee from northern Colombia, known for being one of the most delicious and aromatic coffee in the world. We must highlight the brand's innovative features and link them to an excellent customer experience. They didn't have a relevant social network presence or a website.

SOLUTION

We create a social media strategy focused on improving the brand's visibility and showcase what makes the coffee shop standout from the competition. We decided to highlight in our social media content the type of products that the shop is proudly working with, like organic coffee from different regions around south america. This also gave us the chance to talk a little bit about sustainability in a way that felt truthful to the coffee shop. We found that interacting with our customers through comments was a good way to build a community and fidelize with them. We only focused our efforts on Instagram for a better performance, creating all the content based on the brand's identity and colors.

The customer would provide us with the audiovisual content, and we would handle the editing. Also, we got the finest photos that capture the essence of the brand. Definitely has been a team effort.

Wonderway proposed to run targeted ads on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. These ads were targeted to people who lived in the shop's vicinity and who were interested in coffee and the different varieties.

Brew Coffee Lab’s social media success can be attributed to several factors, including:

The shop's content was visually appealing and informative. It was also relevant to the shop's target audience. We noted a 20% increase in brand awareness.
Hashtags helped to reach a wider audience promoting visits to the coffee shop.

Advats is a small accounting firm located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. The firm has around four years in the market, getting most of their clients through referrals. In order to gain more clients, especially during tax season the firm decided to explore online options starting with optimizing the website, creating social media accounts and having weekly blog posts.

CHALLENGE

Position the website in the search ranking, establish a strong brand identity on social media. Offer quality content to attract potential clients through the website. Generate leads during tax season.

SOLUTION

We start by optimizing the website, making it user friendly and with a cleaner look. Create a customized strategy for each social media account. Generate traffic to the website through informative blog posts giving as a result a better ranking on Google Search and Google Maps.

As our main result, we generated 30 new leads for the firm through Google Search in just one year. Green Haven Botanicals is a small botanical store located in the Bay Area, in Oakley, California. They have been operating their physical store for nearly one year, where the majority of their revenue is generated. However, in an effort to expand their reach, they decided to explore the online market and reached out to us through referrals.

CHALLENGE

Develop a comprehensive strategy to establish a strong brand identity, enhance the store's social media presence, and ultimately drive online sales while expanding the store's outreach to a wider audience.

SOLUTION

Establish social media accounts on Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. Develop unique brand identities for each platform. Create tailored strategies and curated content for each account, focusing on showcasing products, providing valuable information, and offering promotions to boost online sales.

The Challenge

Although Green Haven Botanicals had success on its physical store, it had zero online presence, so we had to create the accounts from scratch with zero followers. To do so and to also create a brand identity to benchmark competitors to help us find our factor differentiator and see what we can offer to our customers.

The Approach

1. Choose the Right Social Media Platforms

We've selected three key social media platforms to concentrate our online efforts: Instagram for its visual appeal, ease of setting up ad campaigns, and a broad user base within our target age range. Pinterest is chosen to drive traffic to our Instagram store, and TikTok will help us expand our reach and effectively engage with a wider audience, especially because it helps new accounts to reach out to more people.
